Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Squeeze out a brake pedal some times and start the engine. The pedal should fall a little. Allow to the engine to work some minutes and muffle it. Press a brake pedal, it should have normal rigidity. After several pressing the pedal should become much more rigid.
2. If the vacuum amplifier does not work how has been described above, check up the vacuum valve and if it is necessary the vacuum pump.
3. If the vacuum valve and the pump is perfectly in order, replace the vacuum amplifier.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the main brake cylinder.
2. Disconnect a vacuum hose.
3. Disconnect a pusher of the vacuum amplifier from a brake pedal.
4. Turn off fixing nuts and remove the vacuum amplifier.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Before installation check up, that the distance from the aperture centre in a plug of a pusher to an amplifier surface was 2300,5 mm ("and"). Tighten up a pusher plug if it is necessary.
2. Installation is spent upside-down removals.
