The main cylinder is located on a fixing arm of pedals of a brake and coupling.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the furnish panel.
2. Press the hydraulic hose going from a tank to the cylinder.
3. Disconnect a hydraulic hose and a tube from the cylinder.
4. Disconnect a pusher of the cylinder from a coupling pedal.
5. Turn off fixing bolts and remove the cylinder.

Repair

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a cover and a pusher.
2. Remove a lock ring from the basis of the cylinder and remove a washer, the piston and a spring.
3. Clear all elements and examine them on presence of deterioration or damages. Replace the cylinder if it is necessary.
4. Grease new consolidations in a hydraulic liquid and establish them on the piston.
5. Insert a spring and the piston into the cylinder.
6. Establish a washer and a lock ring.
7. Establish a pusher and a cover. Tighten up a pusher plug so that the distance from the aperture centre on a plug to the main cylinder was 109,50,5 mm.

Installation

Installation is spent upside-down removals.
