5.1.2. Elements of system of heating and ventilation THE CONTROL PANEL

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the central console.
2. Turn off fixing screws (are specified by arrows) and remove the panel.
3. Remove the panel and disconnect connection sockets.
4. Disconnect ropes of management or turn off fixing screws and remove management ropes. Remove the panel from the car.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Installation is spent upside-down removals. If any clips have been damaged, fix ropes by means of screws.

THE OVEN FAN

Removal

Models with the conditioner
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a casing.
2. Turn off fixing screws and remove воздухозаборный
Branch pipe.
3. Remove a fixing clip and remove the fan.

Models without the conditioner

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove water taking away panel before a windshield and paper
The filter.
2. Remove воздухозаборный a branch pipe with заслонкой.
3. Disconnect a socket of connection of the fan.
4. Remove a fixing clip and remove the fan.

Installation

Installation is spent upside-down removals.

THE RESISTOR OF THE FAN OF THE OVEN

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a connection socket.
2. Turn off fixing screws (are specified by arrows).
3. Remove the resistor from the fan.

Installation

Installation is spent upside-down removals.

OVEN CASING

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the engine of screen wipers of a windshield.
2. Remove the adjustment panel.
3. Remove a glove compartment.
4. Remove a shelf from below an instrument guard.
5. Turn off fixing bolts and remove the central arm.
6. Turn off fixing bolts.
7. Remove the left and right air branch pipes.
8. Remove left and right a knee of air branch pipes.
9. On models Audi A6 with the diesel engine disconnect connection sockets.
10. Turn off крпежный a bolt and disconnect "a weight" wire.
11. Loosen the collars, press water hoses and disconnect them from a heater.
12. Turn off the fixing screw and remove a fixing strip.
13. Remove an oven from the car.

Installation

Installation is spent upside-down removals.

HEATER

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove an oven.
2. Remove fixing clips (arrows) on the left side of a casing and remove washers.
3. Release fixing clips (arrows) of halves of a casing.
4. Turn off fixing screws (1) halves of a casing and fixing screws of the top plate (2). Some screws are in deepenings.
5. Unbend a lining and remove half of casing.
6. Remove a heater.

ADDITIONAL HEATER

Models Audi A6 with the diesel engine

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove an oven.
2. Remove a heater.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Installation is spent upside-down removals. At installation check up, that connection between a heater and a casing has been processed by hermetic.
