See the Belt of the cooling fan in the Head Okhlazhdeniye of the engine.

Survey

See. The water pump, the generator, steering with the amplifier and/or the driving A/C compressor belt (J20 engines) in the Section Maintenance.

2 — a pulley of a bent shaft
3 — a radiator fan pulley
4 — a tension pulley
5 — the tension device

Removal

Disconnect a negative wire from the battery before removal and installation of a belt of the generator.


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Weaken the tension device, having turned it clockwise. Holding the tension device and a belt, take off also a generator belt.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Weaken the tension device, having turned a tension pulley clockwise. Holding the tension device, establish a generator belt.

3 — a bolt of the tension device


  • Make sure that the belt enters all flutes of a pulley.
  • After installation of a belt of the generator execute the checks described above and be convinced that the indicator of a tension has standard indicators.
