Cooling of the engine

General description

The cooling system consists of a cover of a radiator, a radiator, the tank of cooling liquid, hoses, the water pump, the cooling fan and the thermostat. The radiator belongs to type of radiators with a tubular and lamellar core.

  • Do not uncover a radiator to check the level of cooling liquid of the engine; check cooling liquid visually via the transparent tank of cooling liquid. Cooling liquid is added to the tank only as necessary.
  • As the cooling system is under pressure, temperature can be much higher, than temperature of boiling of solution in a radiator, without causing at the same time solution boiling. If the engine hot and high pressure, at removal of a cover of a radiator solution continuously boils and it is possible with an explosive force, splashing out solution on the engine, sidewalls and the person who uncovered. If solution contains combustible antifreeze, such as the alcohol (which is not recommended for use at any time), there is also a danger of serious ignition.
