Engine lubricant

The oil pump is installed on the crankshaft from a pulley of a bent shaft. Oil is soaked up through a grid of the oil pump and arrives via the pump to an oil filter. The filtered oil comes on two channels to the cylinder block. On one channel, oil reaches the basic bearing of a bent shaft. Oil from the basic bearing of a bent shaft supplies the bearing of the top head of a rod by means of the mutually crossed channels drilled in the crankshaft and then is injected into the small opening provided on the bigger end of a connecting rod for lubricant of the piston, piston rings and a wall of the cylinder.

On other channel, oil rises to a head of the cylinder and greases a cam-shaft neck, a valve yoke, a cam-shaft, etc., passing through the oil highway in a yoke axis.

To us the oil pump there is a reducing valve of the lubrication system. This valve begins to reduce oil pressure if pressure exceeds 400 kPa (4.0 kg/cm2, 56.9 ps). The dumped oil comes back to an oil pan.
