General description

Assembly of a support of a brake disk

All fastenings of a brake are important elements of fastening and can influence work of the vital parts and systems, and/or much more to increase repair cost. They should be replaced with the details having the same number or equivalent if such replacement is necessary. Do not use for replacement of a detail of the worst quality or substitutes. It is necessary to observe the specified values of torque of an inhaling at assembly to provide long service life of all details. It is not necessary to use welding as it can lead to extensive damages and weakening of metal.

This support is established on the holder of a support of a brake by two bolts of a support. The hydraulic effort created when pressing the brake lever is transformed by a support to friction. The hydraulic effort equally influences the piston and the lower part of the channel of a support to give the piston outside, and a support inside that leads to a disk blocking/clip. The effort of a clip presses brake slips to a disk, creating necessary pressure to stop the vehicle.

Grease parts as it is specified. Do not use production compressed air for lubricant of parts of the brake system as it can damage rubber parts. If you remove any components or disconnect highways, pit air from the brake system. Replace blocks only with sets. Values of torque of an inhaling are specified for dry, ungreased fastenings.
