Recognition of durability of a bolt Generally the majority of the used bolts with a metric carving have a class of the strength characteristic 4 T, 6.8, 7 T, 8.8, and the radial characteristic, is beaten out on a head of each bolt. Some nuts with a metric carving are marked by a stamp method on a nut surface, for strength characteristics 6 or 8. In the drawing various ways of marking are shown below. When replacing bolts with a metric carving, attentively select bolts and nuts of identical durability or stronger, than standard (with the same or higher marking). It is also not less important to select the replaced bolts of the necessary diameter and with the correct step of a carving. Necessary nuts and bolts are available through department of spare parts. Bolts with a metric carving: numbers of an identification class or marking corresponds to bolt durability (increase in numbers means increase in durability).
