3.1.2.13. A flywheel

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. In models with a mechanical transmission remove a transmission and coupling.
2. In models with an automatic box remove a transmission.
3. Unscrew flywheel bolts, preliminary having stopped it.
4. Remove a flywheel.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check up a flywheel on presence of deterioration and damages. At detection of those, address to the expert.
2. If you establish a new flywheel, on it there is only a label for piston N1 installation in ВМТ. It will be necessary for you to put on it a label for installation of a corner of an advancing of ignition (and = 36,5 mm).
3. Examine the needle bearing of a cranked shaft.

Installation

Intermediate washer (1) and a lining (2) leading disks of an automatic transmission


PERFORMANCE ORDER
Installation is spent upside-down removals. Measure distance between a back surface of the block of cylinders and the surface of a leading disk joined to the hydrotransformer (21,3–22,9 mm).
