Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Remove a wheel nave. See in this Chapter the Section Wheel Nave (including the wheel bearing). Remove a lock ring of a shaft of the forward drive (1) and a persistent washer of a forward axis of a fist (2) (at the all-wheel drive car) or a cap of a nave of a forward wheel (at the car with the drive on two wheels).

4 — a wheel spindle
    Disconnect the end of steering draft (1) from a fist (2).
    Remove the stabilizer of cross stability. See in this Chapter the Section Stabilizer of Cross Stability / Plug. Remove a hairpin nut with a spherical tip. Prop up the lower lever a jack. Remove bolts from a rack bracket.

    By means of a stripper disconnect a fist from a hairpin with a spherical tip.
    Lowering a jack, remove a wheel fist fist/axis. Remove an internal oil epiploon (at the all-wheel drive car), a cap of a fist (4) (at the car with the drive on two wheels), a cover from dust (1) and an axis of a fist of a wheel (2).

For the all-wheel drive car

    Remove the bearing of a shaft of the drive (2) by means of the special tool.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    For installation of a fist, an oil epiploon of an axis of a fist of a wheel and the bearing of a shaft of the drive (2) execute in the return sequence of manipulation on removal, paying attention to the following.

All-wheel drive car

1 — a wheel fist axis
3 — a persistent washer of a shaft of the forward drive (C or D type)
4 — an internal oil epiploon
6 — an oil epiploon of a shaft of the drive
With — flat type
D — flange type (for a cabriolet)

The car with the drive on two wheels

1 — a wheel fist axis
5 — a fist cap

For the all-wheel drive car

    By means of the special tool install the bearing of a shaft of the drive (1).
      Special tool:
        (A): 09913-76010 — a persistent washer of a shaft of the drive of S type (A): 09913-80112 — a persistent washer of a shaft of the drive of D type Persistent washer of a shaft of the drive of A type Size: 0 – 1 mm (0 – 0.04 inches) Persistent washer of a shaft of the drive of V type Size: 1.75 – 2.50 mm (0.069 – 0.098 inches)
2 — a wheel spindle
    At installation of an axis of a fist of a wheel on a fist, process the adjoining surfaces sealant. "A": sealant 99000-31110.

For the all-wheel drive car

    Besides, fill a flute in a wheel fist axis with about ten grams of plastic lithium lubricant. "B": lubricant 99000-25010.
    Tighten a wheel fist axis nut to the specified value of the moment of an inhaling. Inhaling moment: nut of an axis of a fist of a wheel (a): 50 N • m (5.0 kg-m, 36.5 pounds feet).

For the all-wheel drive car

    Establish by pressing an internal oil epiploon.
    By means of the special tool enter inside an internal oil epiploon until its end concerns the step surface of a fist.
      Special tool:
        (B): 09944-66010 (C): 09924-74510

For the all-wheel drive car

    Apply plastic lithium lubricant on an edge of an oil epiploon and in his cavity, having filled it more, than for 60%. Apply lithium plastic A lubricant on a shaft of the drive (2). "A": lubricant 99000-25010. Establish by pressing a persistent washer of a shaft of the forward drive (3) on a shaft of the drive (2) if it was removed (for a persistent nut of a shaft of the drive of V type). Apply lithium plastic A lubricant on a persistent washer of a shaft of the drive. "A": lubricant 99000-25010. Apply lithium plastic A lubricant and establish a persistent washer of a shaft of the forward drive (3) by the rounded-off party to the central party (for a persistent washer of a shaft of the drive of A type). "A": lubricant 99000-25010.
Type C — a flat washer
Type D — a razvaltsovanny washer

For the car with the drive on two wheels

    Remove lubricant, old sealant and dirt from the adjoining surfaces of a cap of a fist (2) and fist (1), evenly apply waterproof sealant on a pure surface of a cap and establish a cap on a fist. "B": sealant 99000-31090.

    Tighten a hairpin lever nut with a spherical tip. For this purpose take a new nut and tighten it to the specified value of the moment of an inhaling. Inhaling moment: a hairpin nut with a spherical tip (a): 60 N • m (6.0 kg-m, 43.5 pounds feet).

For the car with the drive on two wheels

    Apply waterproof sealant on the adjoining surface of a nave of a wheel (1) and establish a cap of a nave (2) on a wheel nave. "A": sealant 99000-31090.

For the all-wheel drive car

    At installation of a flange of the drive of the bridge (1) on a wheel nave, apply sealant on the adjoining surface of a flange of the drive of the bridge (1). "A": sealant 99000-31090. Inhaling moment: bolt of a flange of the drive (a): 50 N • m (5.0 kg-m, 36.5 pounds feet).

    Connect a tip of steering draft to a fist and tighten a new nut of a tip of steering draft. Inhaling moment: nut of a tip of steering draft (a): 40 N • m (4.0 kg-m, 29.0 pounds feet).
