- It is not allowed to wash out, regulate or disassemble the shock-absorber (a clutch coupling disk).
- New bearings without lubricant were greased when were delivered as spare parts. Do not wash out a maslorastvoritel and do not grease with other lubricant substance.

Check components (see Survey) and replace on new if necessary.
Apply lubricant (see the Starter).
Establish an anchor on a collar.
Install brushes and springs of brushes on the brush holder.
Install the brush holder on an anchor, squeezing out 4 brushes outside.

Establish a back sleeve and then a cap of a back bracket.
Establish a back bracket.
Tighten brush holder screws.

Establish assembly of the obgonny coupling on a shaft - a gear wheel, paying attention to the direction of installation of a lock ring of a gear.

Insert assembly of a shaft into a forward casing, position of the lever.

Establish laying so that cuts in it were combined with openings for through bolts in a forward casing.
Establish a plate and rubber consolidation in a forward casing.

Apply lubricant on a ball and establish a ball in a shaft opening.
Establish a collar, an anchor, the brush holder and a back bracket in a forward casing, having combined the marks put before removal.
Tighten through bolts.

Establish assembly of the electromagnetic switch and a protector (if is). Connect a wire (to the motor) to a switch conclusion.
After the end of assembly carry out a work Inspection.
