Always observe the following cautions before starting service of fuel system of any type. |
Disconnect a negative cable from the accumulator.
You DO NOT SMOKE, and hang up the plate "NOT to SMOKE" near a workplace.
Always you hold near at hand the CO2 fire extinguisher.
Work in well aired room, far away from naked flame (such as gas heater).
You wear goggles.
To dump pressure of vapors of evaporation of fuel in the fuel tank, uncover a jellied fuel mouth a mouth, and then establish it back.
As the giving fuel-supply line still is under the high pressure of fuel even after shutdown of the engine, direct untwisting or a detachment of the striking fuel-supply line can cause emission of a dangerous stream of fuel in the place of untwisting or a detachment. Before turning off or disconnecting the giving fuel-supply line do not forget to dump fuel pressure.
After a detachment of a fuel-supply line a small amount of fuel can flow out. To reduce risk of personal traumatizing, cover a fitting which you are going to disconnect with shop rags. Put these rags in a container, special for it, after the detachment is complete.
Pay attention that connections of fuel hoses differ for each type of a pipe. Make sure that you connect and you fix a clip each hose correctly, addressing following.
Every time when you perform the work demanding lifting the vehicle check clips of fuel hoses for existence of a rust.

By means of a short pipe insert a hose until it does not reach a joint of pipes, as shown.

"and" — clamp strong at distance 3 – 7 mm (0.12 – 0.27 inches) from the end of a hose.
"b" — 20 – 30 mm (0.79 – 1.18 inches)
