Check of the shock-absorber

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Check for existence of deformations or damages. Check plugs for wear or damages. Check for existence of signs of leak of oil. Replace any faulty parts.

During the work with the back shock-absorber in which there is a gas under high pressure it is necessary to observe the following precautionary measures:

Not to disassemble the shock-absorber.
Not to place it in fire.
Not to store in its places where it can become hot.
Before utilization it is necessary to drill in it an opening in the place specified in the drawing by an arrow and to produce gas and oil. For this purpose put the shock-absorber sideways.
Gas in itself is harmless, but at its exit the shaving formed when drilling therefore surely put on goggles can take off.

"And": drill an opening with a diameter about 3 mm (0.12 inches).
